Mexican Families Have Right Idea

Many thanks for your Dec. 24 article, “Family Reunion,” relating that the Mexican town of Granjenal swells from a population of several hundred to one of 3,000 as families return from Orange County to celebrate the Christmas holidays.

There they celebrate Christmas with church, family, games and feasting, a welcome respite from the shopping, spending and stress that so often accompanies the Christmas holidays here in Orange County. A remarkable story!
