Nona Morelli’s II Is Now NuOasis Resorts

NEWPORT BEACH — Nona Morelli’s II Inc. said its name change to NuOasis Resorts Inc. took effect Tuesday, and its stock began trading under the symbol NUOA.
The company said the name change reflects one of the final steps in its transition from food manufacturing to leisure and hospitality services.
