Stanford Avenges Loss

Kristin Folkl had 31 points and 15 rebounds as No. 5 Stanford avenged its only Pacific 10 loss and clinched at least a tie for the conference championship with an 108-90 victory over No. 8 Arizona at Palo Alto.
Stanford, 19-5 overall and 15-1 in the Pacific 10, also extended its home-court win streak to 59 games. Arizona (19-6, 12-4) had defeated Stanford, 91-90--the Cardinal’s only Pacific 10 loss in nearly three years.
