Huntway Partners to Hold Incorporation Meeting
Huntway Partners L.P. said it will hold a special meeting May 29 to vote on its proposal to convert from a partnership to a corporation, as well as voting on a proposed stock incentive plan for the corporation.
Only limited partners as of April 13 will be able to vote at the special meeting.
Huntway Partners, headquartered in Newhall, operates two refineries in California that produce liquid asphalt for road construction and repairs.
