2 Who Jumped Ship Will Leave on Vessel
After being debriefed by INS officials, two of the four Romanians who jumped ship in Long Beach Harbor early Thursday have decided to leave the United States with the vessel. The two others, Costin Popa, 20, and Marinel Aghion, 29, were discovered by the Coast Guard on Friday morning on a break wall at the entrance to Los Angeles Harbor.
