Get There Early and See the Show
In an unusual move for an unusual slugger, the Dodgers are going to open the stadium half an hour early this week to allow fans to watch the St. Louis Cardinals’ Mark McGwire take batting practice.
Before each of the three midweek games, the Dodgers will open their parking lot 2 1/2 hours before the game, and their gates two hours before the game.
This way, each day, fans should be able to fill the outfield bleachers just as the Cardinals are beginning batting practice.
