Trans World Entertainment Corp. agreed to buy rival Camelot Music Holdings Inc. for about $426.9 million in stock in a deal that would create the largest U.S. operator of music stores in malls. Trans World also would assume $25 million in debt. Camelot, which emerged from bankruptcy protection earlier this year, has 11 stores in California.

Procter & Gamble Co. will modify advertising that implies its fat substitute, Olean, is a natural product, under an agreement with a private watchdog group. The fat substitute, known generically as olestra, is made from soybean oil, cottonseed oil and sugar, then processed so that its molecules are too big for the body to absorb.
