In another Orange League game:

Western 38, Magnolia 21--Trevell Jackson scored three touchdowns and rushed for 168 yards in 26 carries to lead host Western (6-2, 2-1).

Jackson, who has rushed for 961 yards this season, scored on runs of three, one and 16 yards.

Quarterback Jason Baughman completed seven of 15 passes for 118 yards, two touchdowns with one interception for Western. Baughman connected with Will Ruffin on a 46-yard pass play to open the scoring and capped Western’s evening with a 32-yard pass play to Jeff LaMendola for a score.

Kyle Stanley converted five of five extra points and kicked a 30-yard field goal for Western.

Western’s defense sacked Magnolia quarterback Jacob Davis six times.

Will Speer, Asi Faoa and Davis each scored for Magnolia (4-4, 1-2).
