A new restaurant called That’s Aroma will replace an Italian bistro that went closed six months ago at Triangle Square. The Italian and Greek restaurant is scheduled to open Aug. 25. “An example of this [cuisine] would be buffalo mozzarella wrapped with prosciutto and romaine, served with hazelnut vinegar,” said Lonnie McKinney, chef for the new eatery. The bistro has cost between $500,000 and $750,000 to open, said Richard Bickler, chief operating officer. The owners tried to open a business that fits in the area, he said.
