FOCUS: ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY NEWS : LAGUNA BEACH
Volunteers are needed for the annual California Costal Cleanup Day on Sept. 18. Supplies will be provided for the event and high school students can earn community service hours. About 200 to 300 volunteers are needed for Crystal Cove State Beach. Those interested can call Park Ranger Winter Bonin, (949) 497-7647. Volunteers are also needed for other local beaches, especially Aliso Creek. Raffle prizes are also being sought for the event. To volunteer, call the Laguna Beach Visitors Bureau, (949) 376-0511.
