Orange County’s 51 miles of toll roads will be free from 10 p.m. tonight until 6 a.m. Saturday.
The eight hours of toll-free rides on the San Joaquin Hills, Eastern and Foothill toll roads are being granted to allow toll attendants to spend New Year’s Eve away from work, officials said.
