* State College Boulevard at Imperial Highway: Police arrested a 30-year-old Bellflower man on suspicion of driving under the influence at 12:47 a.m. Saturday.

BUENA PARK

* Jackson Way: A caller in the 7600 block reported at 1:05 p.m. Saturday that about a dozen people were blaring religious music from a PA system.

COSTA MESA

* Bristol Street: Several pieces of clothing worth $3,800 were stolen from a store in the 3300 block about 10:23 p.m. Jan. 20.

* Moody Street: Report of a stolen license plate in the 9100 block at 12:27 p.m. Jan. 20.

* McNutt Way: Report of an attempted residential burglary in the 6500 block at 12:45 p.m. Jan. 20. A man found the side door of his house open and the lock damaged when he came home, but nothing was missing.

* Arlington Avenue: Report of a residential burglary in the 2900 block at 4:59 a.m. Jan. 20.

GARDEN GROVE

* Westminster Avenue: After a short foot chase, police arrested an alleged robber near the 9400 block at 11:30 p.m. Sunday. Police located a knife allegedly used in the robbery a day after the arrest.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Washington Street: A peddler was cited for illegally selling fruit to the public in the 7500 block at 1 p.m. Monday.

* Beach Boulevard: Police took a report that checks had been stolen from a mailbox in the 17000 block and cashed at 10:51 a.m. Monday.

IRVINE

* Espirit Way: A 1995 Lexus LS400 was reported stolen in the 13600 block at 5:18 a.m. Sunday.

* Portico Way: Sunglasses and a cell phone were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 300 block at 11:21 a.m. Sunday.

* Laguna Canyon Road at Highway 40: A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Saturday after a minor traffic collision. No injuries were reported.
