Mayor Richard Riordan will join businessmen Eli Broad and Ed Roski in representing the New Coliseum Partners’ bid for the NFL’s 32nd franchise today at Miami in a series of 30-minute meetings with members of the league’s finance and stadium committees. Also making presentations will be Michael Ovitz’s Carson group and a group from Houston. The next league meeting, at which a 32nd team will be on the agenda, will be Feb. 16 in Atlanta.
