The Golden Rain Foundation will present an agreement Tuesday between the developer of the Town Centre project and the city on ways to curb storm runoff on El Toro Road.
Grading will begin in September on the retail development, at the intersection of El Toro and Moulton Parkway. The agreement promises Golden Rain will help provide a storm drain to divert additional water from the street, which has flooded during past storms.
