More than 20,000 people are expected to attend the city’s 18th anniversary celebration Saturday. The Cypress Community Festival will kick off at 6:30 a.m. with the Kiwanis pancake breakfast. The day also includes a 5K/10K run and two-mile stroll, chili cook-off, arts and crafts booths, food and entertainment and children’s rides and games.
