Vipers Stop Bullfrog Streak

The Bullfrogs’ eight-game winning streak ended Thursday with an 8-4 loss to the St. Louis Vipers in a Roller Hockey International game in St. Louis.

St. Louis (11-6) scored two goals in the opening five minutes and never trailed.

The Bullfrogs (12-2-2) were stymied by goaltender James Jensen, who had 50 saves. Anaheim goaltender Rob Laurie suffered his first loss in regulation this season.

Dan Shermerhorn scored two goals for the Bullfrogs, who host Chicago tonight.
