Veterans of all wars, but especially those who served in the South Vietnamese army, will be honored Friday at a dinner to raise funds for homeless vets. The 6 p.m. event at the Paracel Seafood Restaurant, organized by Veterans Charities of Orange County, will include entertainment by Mickey Rooney Jr. and the Famous Vietnamese Singers, with Vietnamese action film star Tran Quang serving as master of ceremonies.
