In other title games, all at Mayfair Park:
Cerritos 2, Moreno Valley 0--Ace Jessica VanderLinden threw a three-hitter, struck out nine and drove in the Dons’ first run in the Division II final against the unseeded Vikings (23-8).
It is the first section softball title for No. 2-seeded Cerritos (26-7), which played in a championship game for the third time in four years.
