Re “2 Cousins Shot to Death While Walking to High School,” Valley Edition, June 9.

Question posed to The Times: Had Olivia Munguia and Jessica Yvette Zavala been gunned down as they walked to high school in Beverly Hills, Studio City or even Littleton, Colo., instead of Lynwood, would The Times have seen fit to bury the story on page 8 of the B section?
