The Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce monthly mixer will be an open house at the chamber’s new office, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at 600 Hampshire Road, Suite 200, Westlake Village.

* A seminar titled “Get More Listings & More Sales Effortlessly” by real estate speaker Rick Willis will be held from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Radisson Hotel, 600 Esplanade Drive, Oxnard. The free seminar, hosted by the Ventura County Coastal Assn. of Realtors, provides five hours of real estate education credits.

Onolee Zwicke will speak on “The Art and Science of Thinking Creatively: Assessing Risks and Solving Problems” at a dinner meeting of the Los Padres chapter of the American Society of Training and Development from 6 to 8:30 p.m. June 24 at the Pierpont Inn, 550 Sanjon Road, Ventura.

* A workshop on “Funding Source Research Techniques” will be offered by the Ventura County Community Foundation from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 22 at the Resource Center for Nonprofit Organizations, 1317 Del Norte Road (Central Avenue offramp on U.S. 101), Suite 150, Camarillo. Participants will be taught basic proposal requirements and the use of grant resource materials.
