1/2 Insane Clown Posse, “The Amazing Jeckel Brothers,” Island. Despite all the vulgarity, profanity, misogyny, expletives, scatological humor and pathological meditations on death and dismemberment packed into this album, the most shocking thing about it is how terribly hard the bozos behind it work at their offensive shtick. Occasionally the dreary Detroit duo focuses more on making music than making enemies, but even guest appearances by Ice-T, Snoop Dogg and Ol’ Dirty Bastard can’t elevate this dreck.
