Resident Brigitte Rangel-Wood received the Cypress Kiwanis Club scholarship this month. The $500 scholarship goes to students who demonstrate excellence in academics. Rangel-Wood was one of 110 Cypress College students who received awards at the Cypress College Foundation Scholarship Tea.
