The El Toro Branch Library will host a children’s literature film festival from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday. The selection of short films based on classics of children’s literature will include “The Velveteen Rabbit,” “Otherwise Known as Sheila the Great” and “Mufaro’s Beautiful Daughters.” Children of all ages are welcome.
