Virtual Enterprises Finds a Texas Partner

Newport Beach-based Virtual Enterprises Inc. has merged with a Texas Web site design and consulting firm in a stock-based deal the company said was worth $3 million. Virtual Enterprises, which has no assets of its own, hopes to capitalize on Dallas-based MetroplexWeb Inc.’s expertise with small- and medium-sized companies.
