Sitestar Plans to Acquire Internet Service Provider

Sitestar Corp., Encino, announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire another Mid-Atlantic-based Internet service provider. The name of the company was not disclosed. Sitestar recently acquired Neocom to strengthen its position in the area.

Sitestar is a diversified Internet holding company that acquires and invests in emerging segments of the Internet, including e-commerce, value-added content, ISP and portal-community.
