For Hot Halloween Look, Pokemon Does the Trick
It should come as no surprise that Pokemon characters are hot for Halloween. The outfits that will make boys or girls look like Pikachu or Charmeleon are available for $24.99 at Magic World in Chatsworth.
But the better bargains are RugRats, leopards, zebras and M&Ms; for $15.99 to $19.99. Toddlers can be dressed up as Indians for $19.
The best deals at Magic World are the rentals for adults. Rentals start at $35 and average between $50 and $60 with all the accessories. You pay for one day and keep it through October.

You can wear it to a couple of parties, to work on the 29th and out with the kids on the 31st.
Owner John Tolson says customers report winning contests with their costume choices.
“Last year, it was Zorro that won the big prize,” he said.
For $65, you can try your luck in a Zorro outfit complete with pants, shirt, cape, sword, hat and, of course, the mask.
Since there are more than 15,000 costumes in stock at their Chatsworth location, you’re bound to find something to suit your alter ego.
