In the Academy League:

St. Margaret’s 43, Los Angeles Ribet Academy 41--Brent Comerford’s spectacular one-handed touchdown catch with 13 seconds was the game-winner for St. Margaret’s.

St. Margaret’s final possession began at its own 24 with 1:34 to play. Quarterback Rhett Swanson completed two key passes, and Ribet was called for a pass interference penalty that prolonged the drive. After Comerford’s 33-yard catch, the Fighting Frogs had one last shot, but linebacker Matt Hansen’s second interception of the game sealed the victory.

Ribet was led by Kirk Cooper’s 239 yards rushing. Andreas Werner led St. Margaret’s (3-3, 1-1) with 150 yards rushing.
