The Irvine provider of communications products reported a third-quarter net loss of $246,000, or 3 cents a share, contrasted with profit of $38,000, or 1 cent a share, a year ago. Revenue declined 55% to $6.5 million. Results for 1998 include former subsidiary Direc-to-Phone International Inc.
