Construction to upgrade storm drains in two residential neighborhoods is expected to be completed by the end of April. The installation of a catch basin and repaving is needed at Camino Capistrano and Camino de Estrella. Repaving is also needed at Calle Monterey.
Gerard Dalziel, an associate city civil engineer, said both storm drain systems will have a chemical filtration system to remove chemicals from runoff.
