IMS Signs Lease for Space in Fullerton
International Merchandising Service, an importer-exporter of tools and equipment, has leased 111,018 square feet of industrial space in Fullerton for its U.S. headquarters and showroom, officials said Wednesday.
Terms of the lease, valued at $2.8 million, were not disclosed.
IMS, now based in Commerce, will move next month to the Fullerton Crossroads business park, a 1.2-million-square-foot complex developed by Legacy Partners in Foster City.
Other tenants in the complex include HomeGrocer.com, Dae Shin USA, Staples Commercial and Hexcel, according to Grubb & Ellis Co., which represented Legacy in the deal.
