Nordstrom Recalls 2,250 Baby Jackets
Nordstrom Inc. is recalling about 2,250 infant and toddler jackets because buttons on their flap pockets could be removed and pose a choking hazard. The federal Consumer Product Safety Commission said the Seattle-based retailer was recalling the jackets as a preventive measure. No injuries have been reported. The recalled jackets were made in pink or blue cotton gingham fabric, with a hood and flap pockets. They were sold in infant sizes 6 months through 24 months, and toddler sizes 2T through 4T. The words “nowhere but nordstrom” appear on each jacket’s hood label. Consumers should immediately stop using the jackets and return them to any Nordstrom store for a refund. For more information, consumers can call Nordstrom at (800) 695-8000.
