Some public officials hope to get the election word out on Monday during a “get the vote out rally.”
Leisure World residents can learn more about the various initiatives at the event, sponsored as an information meeting by the Golden Rain Foundation.
The featured speakers include Golden Rain Foundation President Bob Ring, Mayor Bert Hack, Orange County Supervisor Tom Wilson, state Sen. Bill Morrow (R-Oceanside), Assemblywoman Patricia Bates (R-Laguna Niguel) and Mary Fegraus, executive director of the Laguna Canyon Foundation.
The event begins at 10 a.m. Monday in the auditorium of Clubhouse Three.
