The city approved spending $380,000 to complete street improvement designs to improve traffic flow along Imperial Highway.
Under the Smart Streets Program, a multi-city plan by the Orange County Transit Authority to rehabilitate arterial roadways throughout the county, the city will improve traffic flow along one of four major county corridors, city officials said.
La Habra is responsible for renovations along an eight-mile section of Imperial Highway, stretching from the Los Angeles-Orange County line to Rose Drive.
