BUENA PARK
Knott’s Berry Farm has made a request to the city asking it to relinquish responsibility for a small area that runs through the park’s grounds. A section of Grand Avenue is a city-owned street that may soon become part of the amusement park. Knott’s is the sole user of the street that ends on park grounds. The city would no longer be responsible for maintenance and liability if it were turned over to the private entity. A public hearing will be March 28.
