Ryland Group, a major home-building company based on the East Coast, will move its headquarters to the new Calabasas Park Centre office development. Ryland, which builds homes nationwide, had said it would move to the Southland mainly because of its expanding California business. The firm has been based in Columbia, Md. Among Ryland projects underway in Los Angeles and Orange counties are developments in the Riverglen community in Santa Ana and the Canyon Crest and Falcon Ridge communities in Santa Clarita. Ryland has agreed to lease 32,000 square feet of space in the Kilroy Realty Corp. center, said Kilroy spokesman Andy Fishburn. The six-year lease is valued at more than $6 million.
