Volleyball Decision Spiked by Loyola Fans
As a former Loyola Marymount volleyball player and assistant coach, I would like to congratulate Athletic Director Bill Husak on his decision to drop the program. I’m sure the golf team will be pleased with the new set of tees they can purchase with the money saved by cutting men’s volleyball.

Dear Bill Husak,
When you’re done running the rest of LMU’s athletic programs into the ground, please remember to turn off the lights. The darkness shouldn’t affect your myopia.

Ten years ago, the Loyola Marymount basketball team was one win away from the Final Four. This year they finished the season ranked 316th (out of 318).
At the same time, the men’s volleyball team just completed the season with an all-time high sixth national ranking. Care to guess which program got dropped?
Forget about the players, how about a random drug test for the athletic director?
