HUNTINGTON BEACH
Ocean View School District is planning to construct gymnasium/auditoriums at each of its four middle schools: Marine View, Mesa View, Spring View and Vista View.
The new gyms will be available for community use and will include two regulation-size high school basketball courts, six practice or three full-size volleyball courts, a TaraFlex Olympic Games sports flooring, a screen that can be put between the courts, locker rooms, bleachers, a 40-foot stage and seating to fit 1,700. Construction will begin in July 2001.
