Radford Is New Washington Mutual VP

Christopher B. Radford has joined Washington Mutual in Irvine as senior vice president of financial services group administration. He most recently served as director of sales and training for Main Street Trading Co. Before that, Radford was senior vice president and market director for PNC Brokerage Corp. in Pittsburgh. Radford has also held senior management positions with UBOC Investment Services Inc., a division of Union Bank of California.

* Trish Alanis has joined Opus West Corp. in Irvine as property manager. She was previously a property manager and leasing agent for Davis Partners Inc.

* Melinda Masson has been named to the Construction Industries Alliance Board for the City of Hope’s Orange County chapter. She is founder and chief executive of Merit Property Management Inc. in Mission Viejo.

* Deborah L. Cole has been appointed new development district manager for Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. in Irvine. She had been community association manager. Before joining Keystone, Cole was an inside sales representative for Seneca Data Distributors in Syracuse and a marketing representative for LSI Logic Corp. in Los Angeles.

* David Wilburn has joined R.D. Olson Construction in Irvine as project manager. He has 25 years of experience in the building industry and has overseen such projects as the Santa Ana Development Services Center, the Irvine Hyatt, North Hollywood Police Station, Renaissance Towers in Los Angeles and Kodak Industrial Park in Whittier.

* Jack Ferry is the new vice president of operations for Emachines Inc. in Irvine, responsible for all distribution center and logistics, customer service, technical support and facilities operations. He has senior management experience in retail product sales, marketing and operations at Tandy/Computer City, Blockbuster, Wal-Mart and Eastman Kodak.

* Jason Kim has joined Infinilink Corp. in Rancho Santa Margarita as vice president of operations. He had been director of worldwide manufacturing operations for Viking Components Inc., and before that he was production manager and quality manager at Southland Micro Systems.

* Hardy Pearson has been named vice president, customer service and operations, for Australia-New Zealand Direct Line in Santa Ana. Since joining the company in 1992, he has been commercial manager, marketing manager, quality facilitator and marketing analyst.

* Angela Burrell has been named account executive at the Newport Beach public relations firm of Pittman & Associates. She joined the firm from HomeGrocer.com in Fullerton, where she was an events/promotions representative.
