New VP Named at Megatrax Production

* Megatrax Production Music, a Los Angeles-based supplier of production music for film, TV, advertising and multimedia, has named Marrsha Sill to the newly created position of vice president, music licensing. A former account executive at Associated Production Music, Sill will oversee all licensing and contracts.

* PropertyFirst.com, a commercial real estate Web site based in Alhambra, said Anthony Branda has joined the company as vice president of data operations. He had been a director of marketing management at the credit card subsidiary of the Bank of Montreal.

PropertyFirst.com also named Dan Bercu, a former executive at Epsteen & Associates, as vice president of retail and strategic development.

* Liberty Digital Inc., a Los Angeles-based new media company, has named Mark Rozells executive vice president and chief financial officer. He’s a former senior vice president of finance and treasurer at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

* Gwen Whitson has been named to the newly created position of senior vice president, business and legal affairs at Warner Bros. Online and Entertaindom.com, where she will act as general counsel for both Warner Bros. units.

* Merchants Bank of California has named Edward Posgay executive vice president. He had been a consultant for the Carson-based commercial bank.

* Commercial real estate broker Stephen Walbridge, former executive vice president with the Westwood office of New York-based Julien J. Studley Inc., has joined Los Angeles-based Cresa Partners as a partner.
