Printrak to Buy Back 1 Million Stock Shares

Directors of Printrak International Inc. authorized the repurchase of up to 1 million shares of stock, funding the buyback from cash reserves that now stand at $15 million.

Printrak, an Anaheim maker of network software that manages government records, has 11.8 million shares outstanding. Its stock gained $1 a share to close at 8.19 a share. (Dow Jones)
