MISSION VIEJO
The Board of Directors of the Orange County Transportation Authority has recommended giving the city an additional $625,000 for its project to widen a portion of El Toro Road.
The project, which is now in the design stage, calls for El Toro Road to be expanded to five lanes between the Foothill Transportation Corridor and Glenn Ranch Road.
