LoanTrader Hires Chief Info Officer

Jack Baumann has joined LoanTrader Inc. in Irvine in the newly created position of chief information officer. He was formerly director of e-business development and customer resource management systems at Toshiba America Information Systems.

* Ericka Rickman has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing of Secure Horizons operations in California, Washington and Oregon. She was previously vice president for business process improvement at Cigna Healthcare for Seniors. Secure Horizons is part of Santa Ana-based PacifiCare Health Systems Inc.

* Edward Olmedo and Roy Riveroy have joined Ware & Malcomb Architects Inc. in Irvine as job captains. Olmedo, job captain for the company’s commercial architecture group, previously worked for RNM Architects/Planners in Irvine. Riveroy, in the commercial/high-tech group, was formerly a job captain for Bojorquez & Anderson. In addition, Marco Hanawi joined the firm as project manager in the commercial architecture group. He had been with Lee and Sakahara Architects for six years.
