The popular Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) auction at this year’s Cypress Festival on July 22 will be emceed by a local radio disc jockey.

Mary Price, who works at classic rock station Arrow 93, will be raffling off prizes that include a ride on the Goodyear blimp, VIP tickets to the Jay Leno show, a VCR and a Yamaha Waverunner.

The event will be from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and will be held at Oak Knoll Park, 9600 Graham St.
