Diane Keaton has sold her Beverly Hills home to Madonna for $6.5 million.

Keaton directed and co-starred in the movie “Hanging Up,” released in February, and she plays Warren Beatty’s wife in the film “Town and Country,” expected to be in theaters later this year.

Madonna, 41, listed her Hollywood Hills home earlier this month at $4.2 million. She just bought a house in London for about $15.9 million, according to Reuters.

Keaton, 54, bought the Beverly Hills home in 1996, shortly after she became a first-time mother through adoption.

After buying the Spanish-style house, built in the 1920s, the Oscar-winning actress completely refurbished it. The home has about eight bedrooms and a guest house in 7,000 square feet.

Madonna’s Hollywood Hills home, also built in the ‘20s, has three bedrooms and a guest cottage in about 5,000 square feet.

Aileen Comora of Sotheby’s International Realty, Beverly Hills, represented Keaton, and Barry Peele of the same office represented Madonna and has her listing, sources said.

Model-actress-singer Milla Jovovich has purchased a Hancock Park home for close to $3 million and listed her Nichols Canyon home at $769,000.

Jovovich, 24, plays the main female character in the movie “The Million Dollar Hotel” and starred in “The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc” (1999). The L’Oreal model, who co-starred with Bruce Willis in “The Fifth Element” (1997), also sings with the rock band Plastic Has Memory.

Her Nichols Canyon home has three bedrooms in 2,800 square feet and a pool. She upgraded the house, built in the ‘60s. Her new home was built in the ‘20s but is about twice the size of the house she is selling.

Comic actress Lisa Ann Walter, who appears in the fall TNT series pilot “Breaking News” with John Ritter, has listed her Hollywood Hills home at $798,000.

Walter, in her 30s, appeared in “The Parent Trap” (1998) and co-created and starred in the ABC sitcom “Life’s Work” (1996-97) after playing Whoopi Goldberg’s best friend in the movie “Eddie” (1995).

Walter, who bought her home in 1997, plans to buy a larger home.

The Italian-style villa has three bedrooms in about 2,000 square feet. Built in 1926, it has a two-story living room with a balcony.

Michele Martin of Nourmand & Associates, Beverly Hills, has the listing.
