The Irvine engineering firm of Robert Bein, William Frost & Associates said Tuesday that it has changed its name to RBF Consulting to reflect a broader array of services the company has developed.
The privately held company said in a press release that it also has changed its logo to contain three building blocks, referring to its core services of planning, design and construction.
Started as a land surveying service in Costa Mesa in 1944, RBF has grown to 600 employees at nine offices in California, Arizona and Nevada. Among its projects is the original layout of Disneyland in the 1950s.
