Visalia Gives a Little Extra and Takes 6-5 Victory From Lancaster in the 10th Inning
Lancaster lost to Visalia, 6-5, in a California League game that went 10 innings before 1,536 fans Thursday night at Recreation Park in Visalia.
Aaron Nieckula’s double scored Esteban German with one out in the bottom of the 10th inning.
Visalia (5-3) scored twice in the ninth to send the game into extra innings.
Antonio Perez, who led off the JetHawks’ prior two games with home runs, this time led off with a double. He also had a run batted in.
Lancaster (5-3) scored all its runs in the first two innings.
