Actor Kelsey Grammer has put a house that he owns in the Hancock Park area on the market at slightly more than $1 million.

The Emmy and Golden Globe-winning star of the NBC sitcom “Frasier” bought the home in November, about a month after he underwent an emergency appendectomy.

After buying the house, Grammer, 45, had it remodeled. When the refurbishing was completed, Grammer, who has another L.A.-area home that he shares with his wife, model Camille Donatacci, decided to list the Hancock Park home.

Farrah Fawcett, the former “Charlie’s Angels” star who co-starred with Robert Duvall in the movie “The Apostle” (1997), has sold the smaller house in her two-house, Bel-Air compound for close to its asking price of $1.5 million.

The house has three bedrooms in 2,300 square feet. Fawcett sold her larger, five-bedroom, 9,000-square-foot house in September for $2.7 million.

Fawcett, 53, had made the compound home for many years, living there first with her former husband, actor Lee Majors, and then with actor Ryan O’Neal.

The actress, who has been on location in her home state of Texas filming the Robert Altman comedy “Mr. T and the Women” with Richard Gere, plans to maintain a smaller L.A. residence, sources said.

Nick Segal and Bernie Katz of DBL-Sunset had the listing on the home that just sold.
