ANAHEIM
Organizers of the effort to assist those living at the Lincoln Inn and Covered Wagon motels in West Anaheim say they would welcome help from private and nonprofit agencies. Long-term guests at the two motels are being forced to move because of a city edict mandating that occupants stay no more than 30 days within a 90-day period.
Most say they live at the motels because they have no other options and cannot afford to move into apartments. A collaboration of public, private and nonprofit groups are working on assessing the occupants’ needs. Information: (714) 834-3355.
