An adult cooking class hosted by the city will teach quick and simple main dishes on March 16. Students will learn to make chicken breasts in peach chutney sauce, lemon hazelnut pork medallions, baked fish with vermouth and mushrooms, and pasta with kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese.

The class is $15 with an $8 material fee. The cooking will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at a Store for Cooks, 30100 Town Center Drive, Laguna Niguel.
