WESTMINSTER
At the first of four community meetings addressing the Westminster Infrastructure Revitalization Plan, comments included concerns over potholes and flooding. About 75 residents attended the meeting Thursday at McGarvin Intermediate School to hear city planners discuss using redevelopment funds to meet the city’s $260-million infrastructure needs.
